    We bring a strong focus on inclusive practices to drive for more diverse and representative community and stakeholder inputs, as well as bringing a keen eye on communications-based risks to protect and enhance organisations’ reputations.

  • We deliver training to help teams to realise how to drive their social impact objectives and to better understand their diversity of stakeholders and communities.

    We always underpin this with strategies to help become a more engaging organisation - including a focus on team building and how to enhance and protect organisational reputation.

    We also curate bespoke immersion programs for key project staff and stakeholders to build empathy and understanding of the locale or issue, working with identified partners, including advocacy organisations and not-for-profits.

    We also understand how to design events and activities to minimise the risks of overly heated conversations and maximise the useful feedback to be gained from community members of all types.

THE impact journey

Our approach builds shared knowledge and understanding across project teams and organisations.

It then takes a deep-dive into the ‘five P’s’ - place, people, policy, politics and partnerships - with a firm focus on inclusion.

We then build on this with the right people around the table, co-designing solutions that fit and exploring medium and longer term opportunities for capacity building and social impact.

Finally, we develop frameworks for evaluation, harnessing lessons-learned and data to help drive continuous improvement.
